Refund Eligibility Criteria

Eligible for Refund (Partial)

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of enrollment.
  • No usage of services such as:
    • Mentorship sessions
    • Masterclass attendance
    • Project guidance
    • SOP/LOR/CV editing
    • Interview or visa preparation

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 7 days of enrollment.
  • Any service has been accessed or consumed.
  • Programs purchased under promotional pricing or discounts.
  • Refunds based on personal reasons or change of mind.

Payment Method & Processing

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment source.
  • Processing time: 10–15 business days after approval.
  • We are not responsible for delays from banks or payment gateways.

International Compliance

While we respect global refund standards including GDPR compliance, our services are personalized and educational in nature. As such, automatic refund rights under international consumer law may not apply once a service has been accessed.

Chargebacks and Disputes

  • Unlawful chargebacks will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
  • Downloading or accessing any proprietary content followed by a refund or chargeback request is considered fraud.

  • Date of payment
  • Reason for refund

Final Decision
