By using our website, enrolling in our programs, or accessing any of our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Who We Are

Ribriz Overseas Pvt Ltd is a study abroad and internship preparation company based in India. We help students secure internships and master’s admissions in Europe through personalized mentorship, real-world projects, and industry-driven programs.

2. Eligibility

Minimum 17 years of age
Currently pursuing or completed higher education
Willingness to provide accurate academic and personal information

3. Services We Provide

A. Internship Launchpad

6 future-proof programs (Full Stack, Data Science, AI/ML, etc.)
Small batches (12 students max)
1-on-1 mentorship
Live sessions with professionals from Europe
3 real-world hands-on projects
Direct interviews with partner companies across Europe

B. Masters Abroad Consulting

University selection and application assistance
SOP, LOR, and CV editing support
Visa documentation and mock interviews
Pre-departure and post-visa assistance

4. Payment & Fees

Fees are communicated before enrollment
Accepted payment methods: UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, and EMI (if applicable)

Refund Policy

Partial refund available within 7 days only if major services have not been utilized
No refunds once masterclasses or mentorship sessions have begun
Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days

5. Code of Conduct

All users must behave professionally and ethically
Timely completion of tasks, attendance in sessions, and respect towards mentors and peers are mandatory
No plagiarism or misrepresentation of information is tolerated
Violations may lead to removal from the program without a refund

6. No Guarantees, Just Real Opportunities

We provide real interviews and university connections. However, final success depends on the student’s performance, communication, and consistency. We do not guarantee job placement or university admission.

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, tools, and content are the intellectual property of Ribriz Overseas Pvt Ltd
Reproducing, distributing, or selling any part of our content is strictly prohibited

8. Use of AI Tools

Our AI tools assist in generating SOPs, resumes, and matching college options. Students are responsible for reviewing and editing before final use or submission.

9. Data Privacy

Your personal and academic information is collected only to improve our services and is shared only with your permission or when necessary for applications.

10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services implies your acceptance of any such updates.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

Visa or admission rejections
Interview outcomes
Delays or issues caused by third-party services (universities, embassies, etc.)

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal matters will be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
